Tell us about your cellar

Send us photos or a spreadsheet, or book a call. No sign-up, no card, no obligation.

If you have a spreadsheet or a list, perfect. If not, we can put one together with you over the phone in half an hour.

For large collections, a specialist comes to your home, discreetly. We publish no photos, share no addresses and discuss no transactions.

What you tell us is seen only by the valuation team. It does not reach marketing and is not passed to third parties.

You receive our offer

Within 24–48 hours you receive a written offer, itemised wine by wine.

The offer is a PDF signed by us, listing each wine, vintage, format, condition, price per bottle and the total. No grey areas.

We call to walk you through it in person if you wish. Ask us whatever you need to know before you decide.

If any bottle is out of range or in poor condition, we say so plainly and leave it out of the total. We do not sell you an inflated figure and then knock it down at collection.

Guaranteed turnaround: 48 hours at most. If we are late, you get 5% more.

You sign the agreement

A private sale agreement, signed digitally via Signaturit. Legally binding, immediate, non-transferable.

The agreement includes your identity document or passport, every bottle, the agreed price and the collection terms. It is a formal, signed agreement between identified parties – not a sale between individuals on a marketplace.

It is signed with a qualified electronic certificate or by SMS. The signed PDF lands in your inbox immediately.

If you need it, we also sign an additional non-disclosure agreement (NDA) at no cost.

IVStep 4 of 4

You get paid, we collect

The bank transfer reaches you within 24 hours of signing. At the same time, we arrange the insured collection from your home.

SEPA transfer in euros, sent immediately: the money is in your account by the next working day after signing. If your account is in sterling, your bank applies its own exchange rate.

Collection is handled by our logistics partner, which specialises in fine wine. Transit insurance included, temperature-controlled where needed, packing and counting in your presence.

Free anywhere in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Outside that area: case by case depending on volume, and always free of charge above certain amounts.
