Site ownership
This website, accessible at the domain compramostuvino.eu, is owned by Pablo Pinillos López (hereinafter ‘the Owner’), a sole trader (empresario individual, autónomo) with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 16632636-W and professional address in La Rioja, Spain.
CompramosTuVino is the trading name under which the Owner provides valuation and purchasing services for private collections. Premier Vintages is a trade mark of the Owner, currently being launched.

Purpose
CompramosTuVino provides valuation services and buys fine wine, champagne and whisky directly from private individuals. Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms.

All content on this site (text, images, design, trade marks) is the property of the Owner or of its rightful licensors. Reproduction in whole or in part without express written authorisation is prohibited.
Liability
The Owner endeavours to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. Indicative valuations provided on this site do not constitute a binding contractual offer until the corresponding private sale agreement is signed.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Logroño, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled, except where the law requires a different forum on consumer grounds.
